Visa Concepts provide an excellent service. I first approached Phil Oliver in 2008 having had 2 failed L visa applications through other immigration advisers in the previous three years. I was skeptical of my chances of making a dream of relocation to America come true, but Phil's knowledge and reassuring approach paved the way for a successful E2 visa application. Phil asked that I follow his advice at every step and I could be certain that everything would go well. He prepped me for the Embassy interview and made sure all of the paperwork was available. My family and I were granted a 2 year visa for a small business with growth potential. It was a trying time making such a big move, but Phil was a constant support throughout.

You can be sure that when our renewal was due in 2010 our first call was to Phil whom we retained to complete our application. During the previous two years, Phil was always available to speak to for advice. His knowledge of the system and experience of other cases he was handling, keeping up to date with changes in regulations and his ability to maintain our confidence of a successful renewal, put him ahead of the crowd. No other immigration adviser could have taken us through the renewal. Needless to say we should not have worried; we gained a 5 year E visa renewal.

Re: Our E2 Visa application

I am just writing to thank you for your hard work that made the visa process so easy for my wife and I.

Thanks to your assistance we sailed through the application process and even the visit to the US Embassy in London was a pleasure!

Although the address at the top of this letter is Frinton-on-Sea, I am typing this on a balcony overlooking a sunny Orlando from our temporary address whilst we wait for our belongings to arrive from the UK .

Of course the hard work of running our business is just about to commence and we have to keep reminding ourselves that this is not a vacation, but thanks to you our dream of a new life in the sunshine is now a reality.
